These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Rashamnu mobile application (the "App"), developed by Rashamnu ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
License to Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on a single mobile device for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.
User Content
You are solely responsible for the content you add to your shopping lists within the App (“User Content”). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use and share such User Content. You further agree not to include any User Content that is:
- Illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or harassing
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Contains viruses or other malicious code.
We may terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.
The App, including all its content, design, and features, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to remove any proprietary notices from the App.
The App is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information contained in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
We may change these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on the App. You are responsible for checking the Terms periodically for any updates. Your continued use of the App following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such revised Terms.
